Cancellation Policy
I wish to have the best possible relationship with my guests. However experience has led me to introduce the following cancellation policy.
A reservation by letter, e-mail, or telephone is a contract legally binding on both sides.
If you cancel one month or more before the reservation date there will be no charge and any deposit will be returned.
If you cancel less than one month before the reservation date I will do my best to re-let the room for the whole period or as much of it as possible
If I am unable to do this you will be liable for 2/3 of the agreed fee for any days which are not re-let.
